2 pool(1 hour 30 min) 
3 pool (1hr 20 min)
4, 5  no workout at the gym,  hiking during the days though
6 pool (1hr 30 min)

Weekly weigh in was only 2 pounds off but that is okay with the 4th of July weekend in there.  Twelve pounds down in two weeks.
